To complete your reservation you must accept all of the following terms and conditions. Read them carefully and if you disagree, do not accept them and contact us.

Booking Policy

By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and acceptance of the hostel’s booking, payment, arrival and departure times, cancellation and charging, extra bed policies.
The prices listed include all legal taxes, are in euros and per night. The reservation of an apartment is made upon completion of the payment either by paying the full amount in advance or by payment on arrival.

Policy and payment methods

The final confirmation of the reservation is made after the completion of the payment. If this does not take place as planned then the reservation is cancelled.

Payment for your reservation can be made in the following ways:

• Pay the total amount of the value of your reservation in advance
• Pay cash on arrival at the hostel
• Use your credit card

Arrival and departure times policy

• The arrival takes place from 14:oo onwards
• Departure takes place until 12:00 noon.

Cancellation and billing policy

Requests for cancellation or change of a confirmed reservation are accepted by telephone. Changes to dates are subject to hotel availability.

In case of cancellation, the following applies:

• If the cancellation is made one month before the booking date then the amount is refunded in full. After one month, the amount or part of it is not refundable.
• If you do not arrive on the date of the reservation then the amount is not refundable and the apartment becomes available to another guest.
• In case of early departure you will be charged the full amount.

Extra bed policy for children

There is the possibility to add a baby cot for a child up to 3 years old which is provided at no extra charge.

Pet policy

Pets are prohibited in all areas of the hostel and apartments

Smoking policy

Smoking or “vaping” is prohibited in all areas of the hostel.

Force majeure

Our hostel does not bear any responsibility in the event that it cannot fulfill its obligations to the client, in whole or in part, due to cases of force majeure (indicatively strikes, fire, floods, acts of terrorism, etc.)
